When looking for good folks to work with, first find commonality, similar values, lifestyles, goals, etc. What better place to exercise the mind, than LTF Frisco (after we exercised the bodies). ReVISION Masters started its first underwriting class today. We carefully interviewed and selected three individuals that we believe are a great fit for RM’s future expansion. These very eager and attentive peeps focused on underwriting for an hour and a half after hitting the gym at 5:30/6:00 a.m. today. Lifetime Fitness Frisco, provided a great area and atmosphere to dig into MSAs, submarkets, demographics, media incomes, and MF parameters. We created a K.I.S.S. underwriting model for existing assets and put a couple through the system. I cannot wait to see how Fey and Andrew do on the next couple of assets!!
