This journey started about 10 months ago with a mutual connection, a lunch, a happy hour, a dinner, a visit to Moss' regional offices in McKinney followed by great conversations on values, business and market conditions. Fast forward: 1. Moss is building out our $106M multifamily development project in Princeton, TX (should break ground in November) 2. Targa is the single equity member in our first phase of our Sherman, TX 1,640 unit multifamily project across from Texas Instruments' new $30B campus 3. Great discussions on Moss becoming our construction partner on some of our other development projects in North Texas.
